Train the Trainer
I am very frequently asked the question about what makes a good riding instructor. In this seminar I provide answers to this question.
I pass on my practical and theoretical knowledge about mental and pedagogical sequences to the participants. And I hope that, as a consequence, it will be possible to introduce some significant improvements in the quality of riding lessons and I can provide some important impetus and motivation for work in the riding instructors’ own environment. Every instructor and trainer will receive some new ideas for immediate application in daily practice, in lessons or training sessions, in preparing for examinations and tests and with his own children at home.
The specific aim of this seminar is for participants to become acquainted with knowledge about training theory and sport science as well as new tools for their lessons and training of riders and horses so that they can integrate these and use them in their lessons.

Feedback from seminar participants
Larissa Anschütz, (sports science graduate)
"Thank you very much indeed. I would like to express my thanks once again for the very interesting seminar. It provided me with a lot of new input for my work as a trainer. I found the formulation of aims particularly helpful at the seminar, whether it was the training aim of an individual training unit or planning for the whole season. Furthermore the seminar inspired me to over-think my own fundamental attitude and it has made me much more positive!"
